Creation of this site is part of our sincere endeavours to streamline our functioning by making us more transparent, accountable and responsive. It is indeed a step- forward towards e-Governance at this office.

An all out effort has been made to streamline and segregate the PRC record in the Central Record Room and have arranged it Yearwise, Monthwise and Tehsilwise so as to provide smooth and hassle free services to the citizens.

Further, the record of various courts viz. Special Tribunal, Joint Agrarian Commissioner, Financial Commissioner Revenue, Collector etc. are also being maintained systematically so that in the event of any inquiry, appeal, revision etc can be retrieved easily.

Our office has been able to accomplish scanning of 97% of old record under DILRMP and further the process of restoration of mutilated and illegible record is under way.

Now, our office has also established single window system at CRR from where services on the digital platform is being provided to the citizens.

I believe that the website will serve the purpose for which it has been launched and will keep all the citizens updated about latest activities and developments in this directorate.
